Barbecue Sandwich (chicken-pork-tofu)
Fischer Farms pork or Miller chicken seasoned with Chef Ron’s Memphis style barbecue rub and slow roasted until fall apart tender. Thanks to Elly Mae BBQ for letting us in on a new smoking technique to up the smoked flavor on our meats! There is also a vegetarian option with a tofu patty that will get the Memphis rub treatment before being seared. Spice level is mild.
All versions come with cole slaw, a kaiser roll and housemade barbecue sauce on the side.
