The original Butter Chicken was created in the 1940’s at the Moti Mahal restaurant in Delhi by Chef Kundan Lal Gajral. It was his way to use the day’s unsold tandoori chicken, which he also invented! The result was so delicious that it has become a favorite in restaurants around the world.

Our version features your choice of yogurt-and-spice-marinated chicken or tofu in a velvety gravy made from slowly simmered organic tomatoes, ground cashews, garlic, and ginger, all scented with garam masala and other spices. The sauce is enriched with enough butter and cream that you know Chef Ron loves you. Comes with a side of organic basmati rice. Spice level is mild.
